Orders and processing time  
We ship orders every weekday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next business day.

Delivery times  
You can expect your delivery within 2–5 business days after the order has been shipped.

Shipping carriers We deliver with:

• PostNord – Only to Norway
• DHL – delivery to your nearest pickup point or home
  

Shipping costs  
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over EUR 200.

Tracking  
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays  
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other circumstances beyond our control. Please contact us at info@vaxtbutiken.eu if your order is delayed.

Damaged or lost packages  
If your package is damaged or lost, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vaxtbutiken.eu with your order number and photos of any damage.
