How long does delivery take?

We ship all orders every weekday. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are sent the next working day. Within Sweden, parcels are delivered by DSV (pickup point) or PostNord (home delivery), and you can expect delivery within 1–3 working days after your parcel has been dispatched. To the rest of the EU we ship with DSV, and to Finland with DHL Parcel Connect — allow 3–5 working days there.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate per order and is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Within Sweden, shipping costs SEK 49 to a pickup point and SEK 59 for home delivery, and is free on orders over SEK 599. To the rest of the EU, shipping costs €9.95 and is free on orders over €149. To Finland, shipping costs €14.95 and is free on orders over €199.

Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver to Sweden and to most EU countries. The rules covering our range differ from country to country, so some products can only be sent to certain countries. If a product cannot be shipped to your address, it is shown as unavailable and cannot be added to your cart. You will find full details in our shipping policy.

Is there an age limit for ordering?

Yes, an 18-year age limit applies to all purchases in the shop.

Which payment methods can I use?

You pay securely at checkout by card, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The options shown may vary depending on the country.

Can I return my order?

We apply a 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish and EU distance selling law. Please note that goods measured out by weight and perishable goods — which covers many of our products — are exempt from the right of return.
