How long is the delivery time?

We ship all orders every weekday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped the next business day. Expect delivery within 1-3 business days after the package has been shipped. Within Sweden, packages are delivered with PostNord (home delivery) or DSV (pickup point), and for EU countries we use DHL.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery method. Orders over 599 SEK ship free.

Is there an age limit to shop?

Yes, we apply an 18-year age limit for all purchases in the store.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay securely directly at checkout with card, Swish, or Klarna.

Can I return my order?

We apply a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Swedish and EU distance selling legislation. Please note that weighed goods and perishable goods - which applies to many of our products - are excluded from the right of return. My package is damaged or hasn't arrived - what do I do?
