Refund policy

We operate a 14-day return policy, in accordance with Swedish and EU rules on distance selling. This means you have 14 days from receiving the item to request a return. Please note that the right of return does not include perishable goods or goods measured out by weight, which many of our products are.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted we will send you a return label together with instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent back to us without a return first having been requested will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and put it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of item cannot be returned: perishable goods (for example foodstuffs, flowers or plants), custom products (for example special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods (for example beauty products). Nor do we accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have questions about or problems with a particular item.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

14-day right of withdrawal in the EU
Where goods are delivered within the EU you have, notwithstanding the above, the right to withdraw from or return the order within 14 days, without needing to give any particular reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with all tags attached and in its unopened original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that perishable goods are not covered by this right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and checked the return, and whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund is made automatically to the original payment method within 10 working days. Remember that it may take some time before your bank or card issuer has processed the refund and it becomes visible to you.
